We, Kashiyama Industries, Ltd., establish and implement a management system to provide products and services that satisfy our customers and to ensure that our activities are environmentally responsible We are determined to achieve the plan we have set forth in our management system and to make continual improvements.<\/p>\n

  1. Through the manufacture and sale of dry vacuum pumps, we aim to increase customer satisfaction by providing products and services that are beneficial to our customers. At the same time, we are committed to protecting Earth\u2019s local and global environment by minimizing environmental impacts and pollution; we strive to develop products in an eco-friendly way, save resources and energy, reduce and recycle waste, and conduct other environmentally responsible activities.<\/li>\n
  2. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all of the requirements of our customers and the regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining the management system and improving it continuously.<\/li>\n
  3. To accomplish this policy, we will establish and implement the quality and environmental objectives as well as develop a cycle of assessment and review of the achievement status.<\/li>\n
  4. We will make this policy well-known within the company and to related business partners and disclose it on our website and other means.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
